Freelance Fashion Designer

Job Summary:We are seeking versatile and creative Freelance Graphic Designers and talented Fashion Designers to join our team. This role involves creating designs for various products and mediums, including T-shirts, mugs, plates, keychains, trophies, and more, as well as designing apparel such as western ladies' wear and gents' formal and casual wear. The ideal candidates will have expertise in designing for UV, DTF, DTG, and sublimation printing processes, and for apparel production.Key Responsibilities (Graphic Design):• Create custom designs for T-shirts, mugs, plates, keychains, trophies, and other merchandise.• Collect design ideas and files from customers and convert them into high-quality, printable formats suitable for various printing techniques.• Develop engaging social media posters and graphics to enhance brand visibility.• Design logos and other branding materials tailored to client requirements.• Produce designs optimized for different printing techniques, including UV, DTF, DTG, and sublimation printing.• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.• Revise and refine designs based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for print and production quality.Key Responsibilities (Fashion Design):• Design and develop stylish and high-quality apparel, including western ladies' wear, gents' formal wear, and casual clothing.• Research trends and incorporate them into innovative designs.• Work with production teams to ensure designs meet quality standards and manufacturing requirements.• Prepare detailed technical sketches and specifications for apparel production.• Collaborate with clients or teams to customize designs as per requirements.Requirements:• Proven experience in Graphic or Fashion Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in T-shirt designs, apparel, and product customization.• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva for creating and editing designs.• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.• Experience creating designs for UV, DTF, DTG, and sublimation printing processes (Graphic Designers).• Expertise in creating patterns, technical sketches, and specifications for apparel (Fashion Designers).• Strong knowledge of file preparation for printing and apparel production.• Excellent communication and time-management skills.• Ability to work independently and handle constructive feedback effectively.Work Process and Salary Details:• Work assignments will be sent through WhatsApp.To join the commujity - https://chat.whatsapp.com/JYcTUBjjUp13FjQY4pM8RE• Interested candidates can accept work based on their availability.• The accepted work should be completed within the minimum time.• Payment will be transferred immediately upon successful completion of the work.• Salary is based on the scope of work and experience, with a range of ₹100 - ₹300 per hour.Additional Information:• This is a freelance/contract-based position with flexible hours.• We are setting up a pool of talented Graphic and Fashion Designers to handle projects on demand.If you're passionate about creating impactful designs for products or stylish apparel, and can deliver quality work promptly, we'd love to hear from you!
