MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Function/Department: Human Resources

Reporting to: Global Lead - CSR

Role Description: Indicative and not restricted to

Identifying, Planning and executing Employee volunteering programs end to end for the given location connecting with local NGOs and identifying the needy community and evaluating the community problems.

Supporting the local HR team and working together with them in social initiatives and programs to increase employee engagement.

Spreading the work of the CSR team to the associates through various meetings, town halls, floor walks and other possible ways

Supporting central CSR team in assisting in various CSR Projects including M&E done Pan India and sharing regular updates/data about the plans and programs of the location

Supporting Talent Acquisition team in Impact Sourcing initiatives
