One of our Japanese clients, who's specialized with Real estate investment is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive as a member of our overseas real estate team that buys and sells entire houses, buildings, and hotels, including a full range of intermediary and support services from customer acquisition to contract signing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES New and dormant clients (Source: NS Referral / Newspaper ads / LinkedIn / Cold-call etc) Referrals of property Maintain technical and administrative records and documents related to comps/proposals/study group materials Overseas business trip (Japan or APAC) * Japan about twice a year, with a travel allowance of USD 50 per night. Details will be provided after shortlisted. Report line: Sales Manager cum mentor (Singaporean) JOB REQUIREMENTS Japanese: Business level or above (Will need to participate in meetings with the head office in Japan regularly) English: Intermediate level or above (Will need to communicate with internal local personnel and customers who cannot speak Japanese) Highly motivated to achieve targets Working experience for a Japanese company Those who are willing to work for as long as possible in the same company Experience in handling high-value products worth several hundred million yen Experience in the airline or hospitality industry would be an advantage OTHER INFORMATION Working days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Salary Range: 4,000 - 5,000 SGD + VB Annual Leave: 7 days annual leave (2nd year onwards will be 14 days) Interviews: 3 rounds (PICs from Japan HQ will be attending 2nd and Final interview and uses Japanese) We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
