Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Nationality: Any NationalityVacancy: 1 VacancyThe Junior HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring coordination between business and People departments to continually understand their HR requirements and undertake the necessary coordination, intervention, and follow-up with the HR Function and other related functions to these processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist HRBPs in translating business requirements into effective HR practices.Implement HRBP policies and ensure understanding across all departments.Coordinate with Total Rewards to ensure fair compensation.Support employee relations processes in compliance with company standards.Provide support for performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.Liaise with departments regarding changes in employment laws and enhance workplace relationships.Escalate unresolved HR issues for timely resolution.Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing.Manage employee data and maintain confidentiality.Build strong relationships with business unit leaders and employees.Participate in HR projects as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, HRBP or similar roles.Fluent in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.Company Industry:AirlinesAviationDepartment / Functional Area:HRHuman RelationsIndustrial RelationsKeywords:Junior HR Business Partner
