Senior Coiled Tubing Technical Support Engineer

Partner with the best As a Senior Coiled Tubing Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) process.
Writing technical proposals for customers.
Promoting new technologies to customers and finding up-selling opportunities.
Following up with clients and operations for upcoming jobs.
Supporting Critical Operations in the field.
Liaising with customers and proposing technical solutions to their intervention and stimulation challenges.
Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job.
Following up on field failures that require Technology involvement and ensuring that the learning is shared across the field.
Communicating to Engineering and Technology organizations on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies.
Working on proposals for tenders and new opportunities.

Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Have an understanding of Pressure Pumping PL technology and Service Delivery requirements.
Have 10 years of technical support experience in Coiled Tubing and Stimulation.
Possess deep knowledge about CT simulation software.
Have advanced knowledge about production enhancement as an added advantage.
Possess full knowledge of drilling and completion processes as an advantage.
Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Effectively communicate with different stakeholders and support decision-making.
