- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in corporate services, particularly in new business establishment and PRO service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings and proposals that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the corporate sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting business setup and PRO services in the UAE.
- Lead client consultations and presentations to demonstrate our capabilities and value proposition effectively.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster business relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the corporate services sector, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of company formation processes, PRO services, and business regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
