- Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates.
- Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience.
- Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and punch lists.
- Analyze contractual billing as well as assist construction project managers in estimating and adhering to proper budgets, creating project schedules, and communicating project updates.
- Understand contractual billing terms and properly invoice respective customers/clients.
- Associates Degree in Accounting, or equivalent (preferred, not required).
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office platforms.
- Experience with Deltek, Costpoint, Spectrum, or similar software within the Construction/Engineering industry.
