Job Duty Job Responsibilities:
* Working across the company to understand and respond to recruitment needs
* Headquarters function; willing to work across different countries/territories
* Overseeing and managing the recruitment process with external providers across different countries/territories
* Conducting third-stage interviews, assessments, and skills tests
* Assisting with final candidate selection
* Managing the on-boarding of new hires
* Tracking, and administering various types of employee absences, such as annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and more
* Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR
* At least four years’ experience in a recruitment role
* Excellent knowledge of labor laws and relevant legislation across different countries/territories, in particular Asia Pacific markets
* Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
* Solid business understanding
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Collaborative and target-oriented mindset
* Good negotiation skills
* Willing to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
