Private Banking - Strategic Planning Manager

We are seeking a Private Banking - Strategic Planning Manager to assist in formulating and implementing personal customer segment strategies to achieve business targets and improve customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing personal customer segment strategies to achieve business targets and improve customer experience.
• Design and monitor the implementation of segment business plans through initiatives/activities on acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, customer loyalty, and retention.
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to meet customers' needs from a holistic perspective.
• Design appropriate sales tools to facilitate frontline staff in achieving planned business targets and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data and feedback regularly to make business recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree or above with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the banking industry; exposure in private banking is a plus.
• Solid experience in customer management, marketing, or product management is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking products and operations/service enhancement is an advantage.
• A good team player with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
• Less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
