You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Account Management to provide sales and operation support to the sales and business development team. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and operation support to achieve company target for assigned company accounts.
- Process customer orders, forecast, quotation or enquiries in a timely and quality manner.
- Coordinate the delivery schedule with internal and external customers.
- Review and monitor back orders and inventory control.
- Assist BD Manager & Regional sales office for full spectrum of daily operations.
- Support regional sales office to achieve sales budgets and long-term business growth.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to promote GP Products.
- Global projects or program coordination.
- Prepare sales reports & business trends analysis if necessary.
- Meeting Company KPIs and the ad hoc projects assigned.
- Degree holder or above in Business or related discipline.
- 3-5 years relevant account management / sales experience in electronics / FMCG industries.
- Good communication, presentation, organizational skills and be able to interact with various departments.
- Attention to detail, good clerical and computing skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Must be able to speak Cantonese as this role requires liaising with China & Hong Kong counterparts.
