About the role Join our dynamic team at Worldgate Express Services Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Executive - Air Freight. In this full-time role based in Puchong, Selangor, you will be an integral part of our Freight Forwarding operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Process and track air freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and updates to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to air freight shipments
- Assist with the preparation of quotations and invoices
- Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or freight forwarding role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Proficient in using freight forwarding software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of air freight processes and regulations in the logistics industry
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
