- Negotiate new contracts and contract renewals for the assigned territories.
- Manage supplier accounts, negotiating the best rates and allotments.
- Set targets with suppliers based on account management.
- Run allotment utilization reports and monitor current availability.
- Convert 3rd parties into direct business.
- Introduce WebBeds Group to new suppliers.
- Promote the use of WebBeds extranet system amongst suppliers.
- Ensure Direct Connect rates are open and updated year-round.
- Build market intelligence from sales feedback.
- Monitor booking types and cancellations regularly.
- Prepare reports to identify possible weak spots in contracted conditions.
- Support the sales team for any requests related to special rates.
- Supervise the loading process of negotiated conditions with hotels.
- Support the Operations team for any booking-related issues.
- Build professional relationships with suppliers through attendance at travel events.
- Support assigned projects with a diversified commercial mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies, preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to review supplier performance.
- Good written and spoken English and presentation skills.
- Dynamic environment with the chance to grow and impact change.
