B2B Sales Manager - Ingredients (Remote)

You'll be joining a multinational company that manufactures ingredients for various markets in personal care, oral care, and nutrition. They are currently seeking a motivated Sales Manager who has the relevant skillsets to join their small dynamic international team!

Your new role

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the personal care, oral care, and nutrition market in the SEA and South Asia. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients or distributors to provide superior technical support. Identify new markets, increase product penetration, and explore opportunities to expand the customer base. Preparing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating all promotional activities in each region respectively.

1. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Bachelor degree in Chemical, Biology, Pharmacy or relevant field.
2. Over 8 years experience and at least 3 years sales management experience in the Personal Care or Beauty industry.
3. Strong technical background with the ability to present and sell science-based ingredients.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Independent, open-minded with strong business acumen.
