Training Development - Pharmacy staff

Trainer Pharma staff Job Role & Responsibilities: OBJECTIVE: Drive Training & Development for employees with the ultimate goal of creating a wow experience to the customers. Training:

• Training Need Identification and Analysis; customization of Training Methodology
• Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar
• Coordinate and deliver Training (Internal) in supervisory development softskills technical and process driven for frontline associates and achieving training man days
• Plan and deliver induction to new hires on bimonthly basis
• Plan and deliver new hire s training program on bimonthly basis
• Plan and deliver existing employees training program
• Plan and conduct on the job training in SAP/BOT as per business requirements

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Selfmotivated fluent communication in respective Regional languages & English is a must. (Mandatory)
• Presentation and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering training a flair for customer service and sharing responsibility.
• This job will require travelling within the region across retail/hospitalbased pharmacies for OJT training at our pharmacy stores.
• Act as a subject matter expert to the trainees and solve their queries doubts problems at the store during onjobtraining (OJT).
• Having good conceptual understanding of pharmacy practice and the pharma retail industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification M. Pharm or B. Pharm is must (PHD Pursuing or Completed is not accepted) communication in regional languages,presentation skills,technical training,fluent communication in regional languages,training delivery,customer service,business requirements,process training,customization of training methodology,supervisory development,pharmacy practice knowledge,subject matter expertise in pharmacy practice,sap/bot,sap/bot training,fluent communication in english and regional languages,pharma retail industry understanding,pharmaceutical sales,training methodology customization,knowledge of pharma retail industry,on the job training (ojt),training,training need identification,soft-skills training,interpersonal skills,fluent communication in english,process driven training,training need identification and analysis,afaa certified personal trainer,training methodology
