Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the Facility & maintenance processes and related outputs.
2. Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure EMS/QMS remains effective and compliant.
3. Overseeing the daily transaction with error free updated to ERP system.
4. Responsible on facility, equipment and machinery are maintain & stored in good working condition.
5. Responsible on Inventory of all controlled maintenance spare parts.
6. To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C).
7. Develop and uphold the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP.
8. Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favorable condition at all times.
9. Inform to superior if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in your workplace.
10. To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities.
11. To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements.
12. To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all times.
13. To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health.

Tasks:

1. Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.
2. Plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary.
3. Managing the maintenance processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.
4. Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
5. Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.
6. To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately.
7. To arrange repair, service and maintain machineries, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operation on production flow.
8. Scheduling and overseeing preventive, repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure machineries and equipment always upkeeps in good condition.
9. Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
10. In charge of all new and maintenance work on all electrical systems.
11. Ensure that all new installation and maintenance work complies with all safety and legal requirements.
12. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
13. Perform effective maintenance troubleshooting to identify the problem, plan a response, test the solution, and resolve the problem to bring equipment back to operational status.
14. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
15. Evaluating equipment performance and recommending upgrades or replacements.
16. Managing facility & maintenance budget and expenses.
17. Maintaining accurate records of facility & maintenance activities.
18. Train and supervise employees of the facility & maintenance department.
19. Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
20. Maintained documents and records for internal and external audit.
21. To maintain proper filling for all respective documents.
22. Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.
23. Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma & above in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or at least 5-8 years of working experience in maintenance management in manufacturing company.
2. Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949.
3. Hands-on technical support and maintenance ability with Plastic injection molding machine, Compressor molding machine.
4. Solid knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance skills.
5. Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
6. Other competences: Responsibility & independently, secrecy, attentive, agility.
7. Facility & Machinery knowledge are needed.
