Job Responsibilities

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
  • Creating and handling all tickets pertaining to customer cases and following up closely until the case is resolved.
  • Working closely with Sales and Level 2 support team members for client contracts expiration and further technical assistance.
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Managing license issues and provisions to customers.
  • Conducting periodic maintenance announcements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Able to communicate strongly in English.
  • Able to communicate in basic Japanese.
  • Must be energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player.
  • Able to work 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Remuneration
  • MYR 3,000 - MYR 6,000
