Job Responsibilities
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
- Creating and handling all tickets pertaining to customer cases and following up closely until the case is resolved.
- Working closely with Sales and Level 2 support team members for client contracts expiration and further technical assistance.
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Managing license issues and provisions to customers.
- Conducting periodic maintenance announcements.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Able to communicate strongly in English.
- Able to communicate in basic Japanese.
- Must be energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player.
- Able to work 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
