This job is for a UI/UX Designer at Joget Inc., a global leader in no-code/low-code solutions. We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at Joget Inc. This role focuses on creating exceptional user experiences for our flagship product, Joget DX, by designing intuitive interfaces and conducting in-depth user research. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product team and solution team to improve the overall usability and aesthetic appeal of our platform. Your contributions will play a key role in empowering our users to build, deploy, and manage applications seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver user-centric UI/UX solutions that enhance the usability and visual appeal of Joget DX.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate closely with the product team and solution team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve user experiences.
- Document design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Assist in preparing the foundation for a UI/UX Design team, including defining workflows and setting quality benchmarks.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or enterprise applications.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a growing organization.
