Project Engineer (Manufacturing background)
Manage sample and follow up to mass production.- Responsible to follow up New Project Testing of Plastic Injection and secondary process.
- Responsible to develop process line layout and documents preparation.
- Ability to operate manufacturing system as BOM / Process Flow / FMEA / WI etc.
- Work with Tool Maker, QA and customer for testing feedback and Quality / Dimension discussion.
- Ensure product meeting as per customer requirement spec and working with QA Team for part approval process (PPAP).
- Execution of projects as well as coordination with clients & internal customers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Continue improvement for production process cycle time and yield rate study.
- Malaysian with Certificate / Diploma/Degree in Polymer / Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in “Plastic/Rubber” manufacturing.
- Working experience in Secondary Processes (Spray/Printing) will have added advantages.
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player.
- Conversant in various computer software applications like AutoCAD.
- Willingness to perform long hours if needed.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate with secondary education but possess similar working experience are encouraged to apply.
