Master PTE , Malaysia’s leading Pearson Test of English (PTE) training center, is seeking a Full-Time English Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on preparing students for PTE exams through online teaching when based in Malaysia and physical classes in China when required. Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching Responsibilities
   • Conduct PTE-focused English language lessons, covering Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
   • Deliver lessons using the company’s established teaching methods and adapt to individual student needs.
   • Provide personalized coaching to help students achieve their target PTE scores.
2. Exam Preparation
   • Teach strategies and techniques specific to PTE exams .
   • Familiarize students with test structures, scoring criteria, and effective time management.
   • Focus on practical techniques to improve students’ overall performance.
3. Presentation & Communication
   • Use effective teaching tools and platforms, including Zoom, Voov Meeting, and ClassIn.
   • Address individual learning needs to ensure consistent progress for all students.
4. Professionalism
   • Adapt to Master PTE’s unique teaching style and standards.
   • Maintain a positive, ego-free attitude in all interactions with students and colleagues.
   • Ensure no complaints are raised by students regarding teaching quality or professionalism.
   • Avoid absences for more than two classes (including rescheduling).
5. Travel and Flexibility
   • Conduct physical PTE classes in China as scheduled.
   • Teach online classes from Malaysia when not in China.

Requirements

• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Must speak, read, and write Chinese fluently to cater to Chinese-speaking students.

Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with PTE test structures and strategies is mandatory.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and a quick learner.
• Familiar with tools such as Zoom, Voov Meeting, and ClassIn.
• Attitude and adaptability are valued more than certifications.

Preferred Candidate

• Preferably young, dynamic, and eager to embrace Master PTE’s teaching methods.
