Overall in-charge of the Sales Department, including planning, directing and coaching sales teams. Handle the overall sales revenue, business development, distribution strategy and products coverage & penetration in Singapore and APAC region. Identify and develop solutions to critical business issues. Build and implement a growth strategy focused on new products/solutions and new market segments. Identify new markets and customer needs. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers and partners. Maintain close relationship with key stakeholders. Handle ongoing business process reviews, utilising business plans. Provide regular and timely sales forecast, reports and feedback on the sectors, including forecast information and updates on key opportunities that meets or exceeds company expectations. Create and agree annual business strategy for each key stakeholder by developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive relationship. Requirements: Degree in Engineering/Business. At least 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in a technical field sales environment. Experience in project management in related industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Marine, Water Treatment, Semiconductor/Electronics.
