With more than 20,000 employees globally and presence in Singapore for more than 30 years; we have the following opening within the Product Quality team in Singapore. Engineer Assistant, Product Failure Analysis & Reliability Test Responsibilities Reporting to the Product Quality Manager, you will be part of a team of 12 Engineers in Singapore and India in a hands-on testing role on product quality. Your responsibilities include: Develop product test setups for Laboratory reliability testing Compile and generate comprehensive Product Analysis Report in a timely manner Responsible for initiating necessary activities for corrective action and closely working with various stakeholders to drive resolution Develop reliability test plan, test setup and execute testing such as HALT or ORT test (in internal or external laboratory) Design and generate ladder programming for use in reliability test Responsible for procuring required equipment, component and associated auxiliary materials for use in reliability test in a timely manner. Responsible for booking of external laboratory equipment to support testing schedule Responsible in generating test report upon completion of testing and communicating with required stakeholders on anomaly observations. Conduct troubleshooting of module or reliability setup if anomalies are observed Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with experience in conducting failure analysis on PCBA level with good basic understanding of PCBA assembly & testing processes. Prefer candidates with experience in an electronics assembly environment You should have hands-on experience in building test setups and operating reliability chambers (e.g. temperature chamber or vibration chamber etc).
