1. React, React-Native, TypeScript, and PHP
2. React, JS, HTML, and CSS
3. Experience with PHP / Back-end coding languages
4. An all-around ability in web and/or app development and a passion for keeping up with the latest technologies
5. Good structural coding ability and an emphasis on coding standards
6. Experience writing tests that bring out the best in your code

1. Experience with Remix or NextJS (or similar)
2. Some experience within App development environments (e.g., XCode, Android Studio)

1. Great analysis and problem-solving skills
2. Ability to prioritize balancing business, customer, and technical considerations
3. Currently residing in NZ with a current work visa
4. Autonomy to accomplish required tasks & accountability to drive our success measures
5. Experience in mentoring & working with developers at all levels
6. Some management experience would be nice
