Closing Date : 02/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PM Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:- Providing daily frontline counter services;
- Performing general office administrative & clerical duties; and
- Assigning ad-hoc office tasks as assigned.
- At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognized degree;
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners; preference will be given to those with experience in student services in tertiary institutions;
- Willing to work on shift, including day time and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends/public holidays; and
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
