Workday Trainer - Hybrid

Qualifications ·

• 1-3 year experience in delivering Workday trainings, including but not limited to Core HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent and Performance to all employees at all management levels
• Experience in the training delivery of any HR Service Delivery tools (ex: ServiceNow) is preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources operations, BPO or HR Shared Services supporting a global organization is preferred.
• Intermediate to advance experience in using MS Office suite.
• Intermediate to advance experience in using multiple web-based technologies, multimedia formats and authoring/ e-Learning tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360.
• Willing to work in a hybrid work set up in Makati (2x per week onsite, 3x wfh)
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
