Motivate Media Group, one of the region's top media organizations, is seeking talented Art Directors to lead our design team and create visually stunning content for both print and digital platforms. If you're ready to bring bold ideas to life and set new creative standards, we want to hear from you!Job functions:Lead and manage the creative process from concept to completion, delivering high-quality design across magazines, websites, and social media.Supervise and guide the activities of design team to ensure that the highest standards of design, layout and content representation are achieved.Monitor design standards, quality and output of the work during all stages of the production cycle.Collaborate closely with editors, designers, photographers, and the marketing team to produce visually striking and engaging content.Oversee the design and visual style of all projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity while pushing creative boundaries.Provide clear direction to the design team, offering constructive feedback to ensure top-tier results.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate the creative output.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.Required skills & experience:Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.A creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into visually captivating designs.Motivate Media Group is the region's leading multi-platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions and events, cinema, books and OOH.Interested candidates may apply attaching a copy of their CV and include examples of their work.
