Your role

TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program This is an exclusive job program for students who are eager to start their tech careers right after Class XII.

Training & development

Students undergo 12 months of training and, on successful completion, are deployed with full-time jobs at HCLTech. This is a hybrid training program that focuses on both the overall education of students and the grooming of their personality - making them industry-ready.

Salary & benefits

HCLTech offers the following benefits:

• A stipend of 10,000 per month
• Opportunity to pursue higher education with leading Universities and institutions including BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, Amity University Online, and KL University

Candidates undergo 12 months of training for entry-level IT Services and Digital support roles.
