Executive, Parcel Recovery (Warehouse) (Night shift)

Responsibilities

• Accountable to ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on a daily basis and closed in a timely manner across all mediums.
• Accountable to conduct thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted time.
• Accountable to verify all claims submissions from all claimants.
• Prepare reports on related problematic delivery issues on a weekly basis.
• Ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP.
• Ensure relevant stakeholders are well informed about issues that tag to order(s).
• Ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system.
• Assist Manager/Head with any ad hoc projects and analysis as required.

• Able to work on a night shift.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• 2 years of working experience in courier service will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be process and detail-oriented, meticulous in ensuring processes are followed.
• Good analytical and communication skills and a problem solver.
• Hands-on approach as work will be close to warehouse-based.
• Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly.
• Must have excellent spoken and written knowledge in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to connect with people and communicate clearly.
• Must have high integrity and responsibility towards the tasks assigned.
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google apps.
