Job Description

• Maximize Moldprocess capability to handle wide range of product portfolio.
• Drive for Moldprocess yield improvement and monitoring.
• Drive for Moldrelated test QDN investigation and improvement plan.
• Hand-sake with NPI team on new technology / product / Moldmethodology transfer to mass production.
• Liaise and work with equipment team on equipment related improvement and new machine qualification.
• Project management in project related to Moldyield improvement, cost saving and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of demonstrated professional level engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with molding processes and/or mold tooling design and maintenance
• Proven record of strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong leadership and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of DOE and related statistical tools
