You will actively help the Electrical Infrastructure team with projects related to transit, commercial, industrial, municipal infrastructure, including water and wastewater treatment facilities. If you're looking to get experience and exposure in the consulting industry, come join us and learn what engineering is all about.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Electrical Infrastructure team with their duties and tasksReview drawings for quality controlShop drawing reviewsWriting technical reportsAttend regular team meetings and project specific meetings.Participate in training courses as requestedReview drawings for quality controlStore and manage project documentation in accordance with CIMA's Project Management StandardsSite visits with Senior Engineers for equipment investigation, testing, commissioningConsulting with vendors and manufacturersProfileCo-op student currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng.) or equivalentAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPointAttention to detail and analytical skillsGood communication and writing skillsAccess to a vehicleThe expected salary for this position ranges from $22.50 to $28.00 per hour, depending on your academic program, the number of credits earned, and your previous co-op or internship experience.
