Responsibilities:Develop detailed financial models and forecasts for a variety of sectors.Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support deals.Prepare and present pitch books and marketing materials to clients and investors.Collaborate with senior team members on structuring and executing transactions.Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities.What you'll need to succeed:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.1-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.Proficiency in financial modeling and transaction structuring, with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Experience within deals is advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
