Salesforce Technical Lead

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and providing technical guidance to a dedicated team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements. This role is based in the vibrant city of Auckland. What you'll do:

• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the Salesforce development team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with external systems
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery, adhering to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the team and stakeholders
• Share knowledge and expertise with the team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce development including Apex classes, triggers, interfaces; Lightning Web Components (LWC) architecture; components; events; Salesforce APIs; Experience Cloud configuration; OmniStudio; Integrations
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
