Job Purpose: The Malaysia and Singapore CFO is a critical finance role responsible for overseeing the financial operations and driving the financial growth models of Malaysia and Singapore. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth agenda of the company. Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial growth models.
  2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to drive financial performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Experience: Extensive experience in financial management.
  3. Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
