Key Responsibilities: To ensure the safety and integrity of MRT infrastructures by effective planning, monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring all fault responses/preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance, and ad-hoc projects are carried out timely according to appropriate procedures and master programme. To ensure the maintenance budget is optimally utilized, not only to maintain the reliability and safety of infrastructures but also to upkeep/rejuvenate them timely. To review and refine the maintenance strategy constantly to ensure that the stations could be maintained cost-effectively without compromising safety and integrity. To maintain the infrastructures in compliance with LOA’s requirements and ISO Quality procedure standards. To oversee and monitor the upgrading and new developments by LTA or private developers in or around the stations to ensure the safety and reliability of operations are not affected by constructional activities. To conduct taking over and defect punch listing of new stations or developments from LTA or COML department and to ensure that defects are cleared and proper handover of structures, maintenance equipment, as-built drawings, documents, etc. To manage the Maintenance Team to respond to urgent faults round the clock and follow up the necessary actions to ensure operations are not affected. To maintain SCDF shelter in stations and provide support for SCDF shelter exercises. To monitor the trend and certify the monthly water consumption of stations and depots for payment. To oversee the welfare, safety, attendance, discipline, and training of staff in order to develop staff to be more productive, highly motivated, and well-disciplined. To achieve Management’s objectives, assigned tasks, and directions as and when required. To act as Management Representative for various roles whenever called upon, e.g., RIMP, Safety committee, Investigate Panel, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
