Experience and Skills Required for the Job:

  1. One year experience in the same field
  2. Saudi nationality
Job Duties:
  1. Diagnose computer problems to solve any technical issues.
  2. Carry out software installation for Rigs computers to ensure maximum access.
  3. Provide user support for the company Rigs and perform unscheduled visits when needed.
  4. Monitor and follow-up IT hardware maintenance to troubleshoot all technology issues.
  5. Ensure all IT Service Desk filing system is up-to-date and properly documented to provide consistency within the IT department.
  6. Ensure that each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and IP Phone to ensure technology is accessible.
  7. Use control forms to monitor and log IT equipment movements.
  8. Follow up and arrange writing off junk and obsolete IT equipment to maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
  9. Ensure that the IT store-room is clean and tidy at all times.
  10. Monitor and maintain agreed levels of IT stock items (toners, CDs, etc.).
  11. Monitor, replace, and install printer toners/drums.
  12. Mount and connect the new hardware (IP phone, printers, screen, CPU, etc.).
  13. Prepare and configure the companion loan equipment according to IT Policy.
  14. Follow the company Safety Management System Procedures & Instructions.
  15. Use control forms (Assets Transfer) to monitor and log IT equipment movement for the company rigs hardware.
  16. Conduct other duties and responsibilities within the scope of this job description as required.
