This is a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience reserved for only the most incredible people.RequirementsEssential Qualifications & Experience:NQF 5 qualification in culinary arts / hospitalityCity and Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking / Patisserie beneficialCertified as an AssessorA minimum of 5 years relevant, practical industry experienceA minimum of 2 years lecturing / teaching experienceVocational, POE and practical assessment experienceKnowledge of academic compliance within the vocational educational sectorVocational, POE and practical assessment implementation and management experienceProficient in computer software, apps, social media, and technology in generalQualities:Passion - for the company's missionPositive attitude and enduranceOrganised, efficient, and accurate in performance
