HR Analyst PositionMy client in the logistics industry has a position available in the Potchefstroom area for an HR Analyst.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct internal consulting with other areas of the unitManage compensation practices (fixed and variable) and benefits packageProvide necessary conditions for maintaining the organizational climate of the unit at satisfactory levelsComply with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the teamProcess information necessary to close the unit's payrollManage benefits and maintain relationships with providers of these servicesPerform related activities, meeting requests from superiorsRecruit, select, integrate, train, monitor, promote careers, carry out motivational actions, control working hours, labor liabilities and dismissal routines inherent to the movement of employees in the unitMonitor and execute Excellence Programs and DPO/VPOStrictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards and specificationsCorrectly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the companyCommit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO and Excellence ProgramDemonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the functionDesired Experience & QualificationHR Degree or HR Diploma3 to 5 years experience in the HR field3 year experience in payrollMS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
