HR Intern

Your role

Pera Hub is looking for driven students who would like to start their career as a HR Intern in Makati, Philippines. As an HR Intern, you shall contribute to the Talent Acquisition Unit of Human Resources. The candidate will be exposed in various recruitment stages such as job posting, paper screening, scheduling interviews, and records keeping. The successful candidate shall report directly to the Talent Acquisition team.

About you

To be considered for the role, you must have these qualifications:

• Education. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Psychology, or Business Administration;
• Skills. Keen to details, enthusiasm to work with people of diverse backgrounds, document management and communication skills;
• Working Setup. Hybrid, at once a week onsite in 114 East Offices Bldg., Aguirre St., Legazpi Village, Makati;
• Working Schedule. Weekdays

Training & development

Pera Hub trains their interns through a structured orientation program to introduce them to the company’s culture and procedures. Interns gain hands-on experience by working on real tasks and projects. Each intern is paired with a mentor who provides guidance and feedback throughout the internship. Regular training sessions are conducted to enhance both technical and soft skills. Additionally, interns receive performance feedback to help them improve and learn continuously.
