Your role

St. Trinity is on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy AI Content Creator Intern to enhance their dynamic marketing team. The selected intern will leverage AI tools and platforms to produce engaging, high-quality content, such as videos, images, and copy. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a passion for AI, content creation, and the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools to create compelling video content for marketing campaigns, property listings, and social media.
• Design and generate high-quality images and graphics using AI software to enhance the visual content.
• Develop engaging copy for blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content strategies.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools to continuously innovate the content creation process.

About you

You are perfect for this role if you meet the following requirements: Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms for content creation (e.g., DALL-E, GPT-4, Canva).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut) and graphic design tools 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the real estate industry and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media management and content performance analytics.
