Due to continuous growth, they are seeking a versatile, experienced Virtual CFO to be part of their busy operations. About the role: This is a full-time permanent opportunity, with the primary focus of the role being to provide strategic financial/accounting solutions to a wide portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for preparing/managing end-to-end financials, reviewing financial policies, transactional accounting tasks, payroll support, month-end, year-end, resolving IRD, tax queries, and ensuring businesses meet compliance and other statutory requirements. About you:
- Proven senior level financial leadership/business partnering experience in New Zealand - 5+ years minimum
- Fully qualified CA/CPA - a must
- Commercially astute, problem solver
- Excellent communication skills, able to build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Tech savvy, hands-on experience with various accounting ERP systems and reporting tools
