We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our interior design fit-out company in Dubai. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing high-value projects in the commercial and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
- Identify, qualify, and secure fit-out projects through networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience in interior fit-out preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the UAE fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong network and understanding of the local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
