Our expertise in the sector allows us to understand its unique challenges and opportunities, ensuring we match the best-fit candidates with our clients.Join us and be part of a dynamic team and make an impact in the fintech industry.We are on the lookout for a skilled CTO to lead the creation of a new international fintech product from the ground up.What You'll Do :Design and implement the company's technical strategy, ensuring it aligns with the technologies used in various projects.Assemble a team of talented developers, motivate and manage them, and provide training when needed.Oversee the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and release of new products and services.Optimize and enhance the architecture of internal systems while introducing innovative tools and technologies.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and manuals.Monitor project metrics, identify and mitigate technical risks, and provide detailed progress reports.What We're Looking For :Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, Perl, Java, and Golang.Solid experience in developing banking or financial products.Familiarity with diverse technologies, including databases, APIs, web development, and mobile app development.Proven leadership experience: ability to inspire, delegate, and manage development teams effectively.Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across teams.Strong analytical thinking: able to assess data, solve problems, and suggest actionable solutions.High sense of responsibility, with the capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluent English and Russian.Available to travel around Europe.What We Offer :Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely from anywhere.
