Salary: 22,000 - 25,000
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in any business course.
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in Vehicle warehousing environment in banks, financing companies, and Car dealerships
- Knows how to drive 4 wheels, preferably with a motorcycle and active driver’s license
- Computer literate and well-versed in Excel.
- Able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good leadership qualities.
- Hardworking, assertive, and attentive to details, analytical and problem-solving skills, must be able to display time management, sensible negotiator, and be a team player.
- Must be task and results-oriented, can make sound judgments and decisions, and can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work long hours/work on Saturdays if necessary.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
- Receives and verifies delivered vehicles from repossession
- Inspects the vehicle for physical damages or breakages unloading of vehicles to the
- Knowledge about automotive inspections (parts, engine functionality, transmission etc.,)
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Monitor all turn ins and out of vehicles
B. CUSTOMER AND SHAREHOLDERS RELATION
- Maintain good relation to company's clients/customer
- Maintain and assist company's stakeholders
C. OTHERS / ADMIN/AD HOC FUNCTIONS
• Extends active participation during ROPA and collection meetings and related taskorientations.
- Ensures orderly and systematic filing of documents.
