Main Job Purpose Sell company's services to B2B and support in building up the business by identifying new business prospects. Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients to determine needs. Stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving skills by attending seminars or workshops. Accountabilities

  • Execute the overall sales strategy to maximize market penetration in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Obtain new leads and understand customer needs in order to expand the reach.
  • Prepare proposals and obtain approvals to optimize sales in line with the policy.
  • Meet new clients to introduce services and solutions, demonstrating presentations to maximize profits.
  • Negotiate with clients, including contract terms and conditions, proposed prices, etc., to close deals and maintain good relations.
  • Establish processes to ensure meeting monthly and/or annual targets.
  • Maintain accurate records within reports, including legal documentation for both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain a customer database to ease communication.
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects' position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Follow up with the aftersales team to ensure services are provided and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and quality service to sustain customers.
  • Assist in collections and achieving company-targeted cash flows.
