• Warehouse & Inventory Management : Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, picking, packing, and distribution.
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination : Arrange logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods, coordinating closely with external transport partners and customers to meet delivery timelines.
• Physical Inventory & Stock Take : Perform physical stock counts and ensure reliable and accurate inventory records.
• Process Improvement & Escalation Management : Monitor warehouse and logistics processes, proactively manage any issues and implement improvements.
• Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with strong experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Proactive, pleasant character, independent, resourceful & willing to learn attitude.
• High attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies on stock counts and logistics.
• Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as the role requires interaction with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
• Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
