Job Descriptions: Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representation offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/ shareholders resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients and change of signatories etc. Managing and controlling the communications with clients and the regulatory bodies (e.g. ACRA/IRAS). Conduct periodic reviews of KYC and CDD information of existing relationships including but not limited to higher risk relationships to ensure their profile remains updated. Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients. Assisting clients with Charge registration and de-registration. Attend corporate secretarial events/seminars. Special tasks and projects assigned from time to time. Requirements: Possess CSIS/SAICSA/Member of the chartered secretary institution. Preferably Degree with 3 years of related experiences. Literacy in English and Mandarin are essential, to communicate with stakeholders.
