Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Who we are looking for State Street's Relationship Management/Sales Enablement organization is seeking to fill a Sales Support Specialist role. The role will have exposure to the development of prospective/existing client strategy, assisting in deal structuring support, crafting presentations, and providing support to the revenue-generating activities. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for. What you will be responsible for As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Create and/or tailor professional sales collateral, including general and customized client solution presentations, case studies, and analysis of sector-specific themes and insights.
  • Participate in deal analysis, including post-mortem reviews intended to identify areas for improvement throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Support adhoc initiatives and projects related to sales and coverage including: touchpoint for client admin for contracts and fee schedules, supporting account plans, coordinating and preparing client meetings, completion of intake forms, AdTrax & Volker requests.
  • Manage prospective client RFPs, Due Diligence requests (DDQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other similar requests.
  • Resolve other adhoc queries to support sales and relationship managers.
  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision-making.
  • Support the Risk Excellence culture within the business.
  • Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager to comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years post-undergraduate professional experience.
  • Fluent speaking, reading, and professional writing skills in English and German.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Solid understanding and proficiency in MS packages especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following sectors will be a plus: Sovereign Wealth Funds/Central Banks/Official Institutions, Insurance, Asset Managers, Asset Owners/Pension Funds, Alternatives.
