Mid to Senior Level on-site network and server support engineer

This role requires in-depth knowledge of network and server management;
including experience with SD-WAN (such as Peplink); firewalls (Fortinet preferred); Mail
security like Spam Titan or Mimecast ; and Windows Server environments. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in designing, supporting, and optimizing our the network
infrastructure of our client to maintain high performance and security
Network Infrastructure Management
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers,
and Fortinet firewalls.
Perform network segmentation, VLAN configuration, IP routing, and ensure network
resilience.
Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions (such as Peplink) for improved network
performance and redundancy.
• Firewall & Security Administration
Configure, manage, and optimize Fortinet firewalls, including rule configuration, VPN setup,
and access control.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards to protect network and server
resources.
• Email and Spam Security
Manage and support Mimecast and Spam Titan for email filtering, spam control, and email
archiving.
Troubleshoot email security issues, ensure data integrity, and maintain effective email
policies.
• Windows Server Management
Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA
Network+, or SD-WAN certification are beneficial.
