Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analytical studies to support organizational policy formulation and management decision-making using techniques such as statistical analysis, data mining, computer modelling, linear programming, and mathematical modelling.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Carry out work assignments to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Monitor and record all assigned quality control related activities.
Run various queries and reports using business unit ERP system as needed.
Monitor data to ensure inspection and comparison of incoming materials and outgoing finished products in various stages of production to ensure top-level quality.
Conduct audits of random samples of various production parts and document findings without interfering with productivity.
Communicate with supply chain and manufacturing in quality related issues and corrections.
Collect and produce written documentation for reporting findings in support of RCA.
Review operating logs to identify program processing errors and assist with developing and analysing quality measurement data.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Minimum 5-8+ years related experience within Quality Control.
Experience of quality control of whipstock.
Experience of leading investigations.
Computer literate and working knowledge of Office Products.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a positive team working environment and communicate effectively with all levels of company personnel.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Extensive experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Well organized, self-motivated, able to exercise independent judgment, and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Previous experience ISO Certified is an advantage.
Understanding of API preferred.
Previous experience of running whipstock jobs would be an advantage.
