Job Title: AC Technician (2+ Year Experience)

• Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician with at least 2 years of experience in HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC components, as well as the ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split units, package units, and central air conditioning systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including electrical, refrigerant, and airflow problems.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, replacing filters, and ensuring system efficiency.
4. Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

• Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an AC technician. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques. Understanding of electrical systems and controls related to HVAC systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to handle heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.

• Preferred Skills:
• Certification in HVAC or relevant field.
• Experience with commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
