• Hands-on experience in building maintenance is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities : As a Civil Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, planning, and executing building maintenance activities to uphold safety and structural integrity.
• Carrying out building defect repairs such as door repair, piping repair, tile and floor repair, and other related works.
• Implementing landscape maintenance works to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the premises.
• Coordinating pest control activities to mitigate any potential threats to infrastructure and personnel.
• Acting as an event coordinator to organize and oversee various events held on-site.
• Managing general waste monitoring processes to ensure environmental compliance and sustainability.
